Refund Policy Overview
This document outlines the policy of this business relating to refunds for services. Due to the nature of this business, if a service has already been carried out there can be no refund. The following policy applies to determine eligibility for a refund, and the manner in which any refund will be applied.
Refunds
The therapist is fully trained and qualified, and all services carried out by her will be carried out in compliance with best industry practice, and in good faith. No refund can be offered once a service has been carried out.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Full payment is required in order to book an appointment with the therapist online. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time, the full fee will apply as a cancellation fee. (Cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointment bookings will be accepted.) If full payment has been made for the cancelled appointment, there will be no refund of the balance.
If the therapist arrives for an appointment, or if the client simply does not show up for an appointment (with no notice) then the full appointment fee will apply as a no-show fee. No-show fees must be paid before any future appointment bookings will be accepted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at welcome@hudsoncounselling.com.au.
